Aly asked for help planning a Vietnam trip for herself and her family, traveling around Christmas. Wanting to avoid rain and internal flights, we planned their ideal trip.
They remained in South Vietnam, that has perfect dry and pleasantly warm weather in December. They landed in Ho Chi Minh City, from where they were able to venture into Can Tho to see the Mekong Delta’s floating market and beautiful countryside. They got their share of nature in the Cat Tien national park, and of coffee and hiking in pleasant Da Lat. Plus they got some beach time by flying into the exotic island of Phu Quoc!
Your travel between cities happens via bus and flight, that we book. Your accommodation is arranged for, mostly in hostels and affordable BnBs. No activities will be arranged due to budget restrictions though we will give you suggestions on what you can do.
Intercity transport happens via bus, a private car to Cat Tien and Da Lat, and some flights. Accommodation is arranged by us in BnBs and affordable hotels. We also organise a street food tour in Saigon and a hike in Cat Tien.
